From hosting East by Northwest (EXNW) to building networks across the Asia-Pacific, we’re redefining what representation looks like in storytelling.
Program Manager
We’re looking for a Program Manager to lead and execute RESO’s high-impact initiatives. In this role, you will oversee fellowships, industry delegations, and training programs that connect emerging producers with global markets. You will work closely with industry partners, manage program logistics, and ensure that our initiatives create tangible opportunities for participants.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is skilled at managing multiple projects, and is excited to work at the intersection of equity, international partnerships, and media production.

Communications Specialist
We’re looking for a Communications Specialist to elevate our brand, expand our reach, and build meaningful connections. In this role, you’ll lead RESO’s marketing and communications strategies while driving outreach efforts that open doors for our programs and participants.
